BALANCING INTROVERSION AND EXTROVERSION
Where would you put yourself on the introversion-extroversion continuum? And how does that influence the way you live your life? Broadly speaking I would class myself as an extrovert in that: I tend to talk first then reflect later I'm often seeking out new experiences I tend to enjoy breadth and variety more than depth in one topic I connect easily with lots of people and stay in touch with them regularly But if I go too far along the extroversion continuum putting too much


Saying no... To your "shoulds"
I'm very good at pushing and challenging myself to do things even when it's hard or scary or I don't feel motivated. Probably it's an inherent trait but also something I honed during my teens when I practiced the flute and the piano every day of my life, even on holiday, even when tired, even when I didn't want to. So sometimes it's hard to spot when actually I shouldn't do something . That pushing myself to do it is not the right choice for me at that moment . For example, I
