START YOUR ADVENTURE
I'm an executive coach and leadership development facilitator with 12+ years experience developing leaders within global tech, media and sports & fashion companies including Google, Discovery Networks and Pentland Brands. I now work with both corporate clients and start-ups focusing on coaching and developing managers and leaders to be the best they can be.
My background and education is diverse having gained a music degree, lived in Japan for 3+ years and currently part-way through a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy. This diversity informs how I approach leadership development and growth. My philosophy is to blend and balance psychological theory with creative experimentation and tangible tools all tailored to each person.
Leaders I've worked with describe me as innovative, practical, challenging, open-minded and inspiring. If this sounds like someone you'd like to work with then let's talk.

Feedback from recent clients
I thought the pace and timing of the sessions was tailored perfectly and your questions were very insightful quite often triggering a new way of thinking about the situation. There was also a really good balance between tangible actions and bigger areas to work on. Our conversations flowed well, you were a great listener, long pauses never felt awkward or uncomfortable and I felt like you really cared about me and my progress.
