I'm an executive coach and leadership development facilitator with 12+ years experience developing leaders within global tech, media and sports & fashion companies including Google, Discovery Networks and Pentland Brands. I now work with both corporate clients and start-ups focusing on coaching and developing managers and leaders to be the best they can be.
My background and education is diverse having gained a music degree, lived in Japan for 3+ years and currently part-way through a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy. This diversity informs how I approach leadership development and growth. My philosophy is to blend and balance psychological theory with creative experimentation and tangible tools all tailored to each person.
